Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 400 g mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili (to taste)
- Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions:
- Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl, mix the crème fraîche, plain yogurt, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set the dressing aside. - Cook the mushrooms:
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened and golden brown. - Add the pepper and garlic:
Add the diced red bell pepper and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes. - Add the mushrooms:
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender (about 8-10 minutes). - Season:
Season with salt, pepper, and chili to taste. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are well seasoned and nicely browned. - Serve:
Plate the pan-fried mushrooms and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve the dressing on the side.
